Lindegaard IMO is a very poor pick - Sorensen is better with Vorm but I'm still considering the 2 Swansea keepers... although I'm very confident that Vorm will play all of Swansea's remaining games.

Worried over Lindegaard after the FA cup game. He could have done better on the second goal and he looked shaky a few times. My plan is to have atleast one defensive player from United in my WC team, but god it's hard to predict who will play. Lindegaard and Evans are the only alternatives for me, and non of them seem certain to start.

Smalling seems the pick for me now, cheap plus he played in the centre today over Jones, that speaks volumes after Jones looked awful against Newcastle there, Fergie can't trust him there yet.

Not really. It's the FA Cup and Fergie has often played players at the back of his mind for these games. My advice would be not to go with Smalling unless you're playing catch up.

Some interesting thoughts. I would agree that Smalling seems the better option right now. If Anderson will stake a place in the starting eleven next to Carrick, this could give Evans even more competition. When Anderson was injured, Jones would usually play in CM and Evans or Smalling would partner Ferdinand when he was fit.
