No experience in it but a quick search says people constantly change them as they are likely to change their mind presumably via a lawyer.

It might be worth considering subscribing to the "Which" Legal advice service - normally £68 p.a. but they've an offer to new customers until 30 September - half price for the first year, so for only £34 you could get professional advice on such matters for a year by phone or e-mail.
