Hi folks looking for some advice/suggestions.

Going to Lanzarote in March for a family break, anyone stayed at a villa/appartment they can recommend? looking for comfort more than a bargain (for a change) 2 beds would be fine.

Thanks in advance.

Been, and The Four Horses of the Apocalypse would not drag me back there.

I can tell you that my Mum and Dad have booked to go there in March, and got the same 4* hotel in Lanzarote at the same time, in a Travel Agent across the street for over £400 less. Shop around.

Funny that. We have friends who went there a couple of years ago and have the same opinion of the Dominican as you do Lanzarote

Where Lanzarote or Dominican? Lanzarote is a Canary Island I haven't visited but it is a favourite of my parents.

Lanzarote is like Blackpool in the sun, except when we went; and Dominican was full of loud, fat Canadians - but cheaper for two weeks than a week in the European sun. (I needed to crash in heat, lol.)

Been to Lanzarote a few times as the climate really suits me, can't be arsed with red hot, so the breeze/wind defo helps keep you cool, not been for years but anywhere I went was always clean and tidy and never noticed the "blackpool" side of things really.

We've been to Lanzarote a few times for a spring break, and the temperature is perfect then. It's a decent sized island, you can avoid the tourist traps if you want to.
