I had a win in weekend 15 and I'm still waiting on the confirmation email, it seemed that the sun were on the ball but have now slipped back and behind, anyone else heard anything from that week? It was three weeks ago.

I've had an email about week 12, anyone better that? Week 13 or 14?

Let's hope we see some movement today on confirm emails, and cheques over the next week or so. "sent for production" could mean anything, but receiving a confirm email today would be a good sign

In which case one of Dave Watkins' staff has lied to him. I am still awaiting conformation of my week 14 win.

Jeff - I did include this in my email to him:

"Some haven't had confirm emails from before this, or maybe they did but went to spam folder - what is being done about this?"

Obviously not covered off in his brief response. When he mentions sending missing cheques for everyone pre WDT15, I don't know whether that is supposed to be read as everyone who has confirmed.

I checked my Spam folder at lunchtime, and no sign of anything from dreamteam, just the usual penis enlargement stuff

I suppose first up, let's see if emails arrive today / this evening.

If they don't then it rather places everything from DW's message under a cloud

The general point and reasoning for my email to them this morning was to emphasise that there is a bit of a mess going on with the backlog. You contact helpdesk and all they assume is you have suffered delay like loads of others, so cheques on way, blah, blah.

I'm awaiting on confirm for WDT15 but see this as just a routine delay.

The mess is those that are supposed to have had confirms but haven't, and those that have confirmed 2 months ago but not received cheques when others have for winning in same week.

Have they a system for tracking what cheques have been cashed etc. No chance, you can bet they are operating with the bare bones of a system, forgetting the actual cheque request bit which they saw as the key, they need a system for tracking what has gone out, what has been cashed, which cheques haven't been cashed, who hasn't confirmed etc. etc. So if Joe Bloggs rings up, they can say you confirmed on 16th December, and your cheque was sent 23rd December, but I can see you haven't cashed it - did you not get it?

My feeling is that in trying to sort out the mess from first cheque runs, they are delaying the next set of payments.

We should all be thankful that Dot now has £100 to chase

The help desk isn't going to know what's hit it!!!!

Got mine for WDT 16

I received mine today (week 15), but it went to Junk mail, despite the fact that all other e-mails from the sun go to my in-box.

I'm afraid my WDT win from 5 days ago has already been confirmed

Is this some sort of record as the email was sent last night?

Just had a thought. I entered my teams as part of Premium packages.

Found out I came 70th in October comp, and expected to be due £100. Was that comp open only to 'non-Premium' teams, as there's a separate monthly Premium comp (but only prizes for top 5)?

That can be the only reason why I haven't heard anything about prize money.

Chris - you are due a ton for that one. Not even had email? Worth chasing up. David Watkins said he had authorised a backlog of cheques last week, but not sure this would include ones which hadn't been confirmed. As evidenced with others receiving extra £100's it is most likely to be a mess.

I won in 91st the same month and got the email 3rd Jan then you login with their link to confirm your details.Spam folder perhaps?
