So as we come into the last game of this La Log season Zimm who is in contention from Div 1a and 1b for Div 1 proper?

Not in terms of the rules... I'm following that... in terms of the actual managers with everything to play for this final week?

With 1 game remaining, its getting tight.
Only 3 teams have gauranteed their place in Division 1 for next season. Then its any 5 from 10 all vying to join them. Well done to Snorth, Nate and Luton in "promotion" to division 1.

Congratulations to Erased Citizen and Karrde who have secured promotion to the Championship with a a game to play.

Well,in view of what you said about your calculations usually being wrong LLE , I just checked Jules site for the first time.

If I've correctly interpreted that,it seems to me that you've beaten me by 60-57,but best await Zim's scores before going on a spending spree !

Jules, I was very impressed with the clarity,content, and overall presentation of your website,of which you can be justifiably proud.

LLE is probably already familiar with your site,as you've just confirmed his scoring to be spot on,which mine evidently isn't.

I don't run any ML's like most of your site visitors probably do, and those in the running for prizes of one sort or another probably have more confidence in your site than they do in the Official SDT site,from what I've read previously,which is quite a feather in your cap !

Although I won a couple of thousand in the season long game in 07/08, I only had 6 teams,and although this season I entered a few more(14 I think),none are doing well as I've been carrying too many injuries.(well,that's my excuse anyway :wink:

)

Thus,for someone like me,the time it takes the SUN to update and rectify any errors is somewhat immaterial and I only visited your website this afternoon out of curiosity more than anything,without spending more than a few minutes seeking the info I thought I needed to check my score - I'm bottom of my division,so it doesn't much matter whether I win or lose !

Otherwise,I'd no doubt have spent more time trying to navigate the site,and discovered the correct route.

For people like me,perhaps some form of quick guide on the front page would encourage visitors to spend more time/visit more often,but having said that,I expect it's already there,and I just didn't look hard enough !

For the record,what I did was to find the weekly scores for GW11,and add up the totals of my players and those of LLE.

I assumed those would include any mid-week games. Hope this feedback helps - keep up the good work !

Gaining promotion to Division 1 for next season are DC82 and LLE... well done gents.

Transfers to be done by 23.59 on Friday 20th Nov,season starts the next day- see Zim's thread about this

Jules,further to my earlier comments, I hadn't realised this comp only covers the weekend games,until I checked the small print - no wonder I've been doing so badly

I called it a query because the page I was linking to allows you to query the database of results using whatever parameters you want to include. I thought you had run a query to get your figures in the first place, hence why I thought I'd give you the correct query to use.

Geek lingo would be "here's the Uniform Resource Locator" or to be even more precise, "here's the Uniform Resource Identifier" 8-)
