Anyone seen 18 x Carlsberg Export [18 @ 275ml] on offer @ Tesco for £5 - been there and found them 'Sold Out' and told another truckload was due in the hour ???

If a special offer item is out of stock, many supermarkets will give you a voucher entitling you to the same deal at a later date. At Tesco they're known as ‘raincheck vouchers’, Asda ‘smiley vouchers’ and Sainsbury’s ‘special coupons’.

With just one week remaining, the heat is on.

4 teams all vying for the title, but Arsenal holds his destiny in his own hands. A win, and he's the champ. A loss? Then its a three horse race between The Ton, The Doc and Mrs Bell.

The Ton plays Arsenal in a 1st v 4th encounter.
Mrs Bell takes on the current champ but relagation fighting SDHough.
The Doc takes on another relegation fighte, Schlock.

Meanwhile, Mistercuts currently occupies bottom spot and is all but mathematically down.

Week 8
The Ton 32 - 32 Mrs Bell
sdhough 28 - 24 Mistercuts
Zita 40 - 49 Zimmerman
Crompton 37 - 50 The Doc
Schlock 16 - 35 Arsenal4Ever

Talk about holding your nerve. Arsenal managed to see off the advances of The Ton edging out a 1 point victory.

Meanwhile, going into the weekend, as well as The Ton; Zimmerman, Mrs Bell and The Doc all had title aspirations. All blew it at the vital moment. All of them losing

Congratulations Arsenal4Ever.
The Doc takes the runners up spot.

At the other, despite a spirited victory, sdhough goes from champion to relegation in one season. He loses out thanks to a poorer points difference. Mistercuts on the other hand goes down due to having a very poor team and only managing 6 points.

The Doc 30 - 39 Schlock
Zimmerman 18 - 32 Crompton
