oooh, now that IS a nice final fixture - couldn't have planned it better lol. Almost certainly one of the top two will be dropping points. I think TK is fairly safe still though, due to his immense goal difference

You can bet your boots on that one Gaz. I will mortally wound Takeshi in the next round and you can apply the "coup de grace" in the final game. Both of us then go up (think of all that lovely TV money) to the Premiership.

things are looking bleak for me.
ive scored ok (better than 5 others) but have come up agaisnt teams when they scored better.

can you confirm when you want transfer by mate?

Think I might have taken it by around 15 v 43, so one game away from the big time!

And I actually make it a tie between Gazwood / Demorgoth, so that must mean I'm promoted!

That leaves is very tight for the 2nd promotion slot....few sweaty palms next week! Gaz - I might rest some of my 1st team players in the final fixture against you!

Congrats to you mate. Goals have been sadly lacking from my team. C'est la vie.
I'm expecting a whupping in my last game against Dr Bell I think it is , so I'll regroup after the transfers and hope to bounce back.
At least this format gives me a chance to make amends before too long.

Well done Takeshi. He's promoted with a game to spare.
Next week he takes on 2nd place Gazwood in a game that could see him crowned champions. As long as he avoids losing by a margin off 44 or more and he should be alright.

Gaz on the otherhand, needs a draw or runs the risk of being leapfrogged by pa102aw and/or Demorgoth. In his quest for promotion, Demorgoth could well send Birchy down.

Week 8
Red Dog 41 - 31 Birchy

kinda hoping I avoid promotion this time round lol. I missed the transfer window, so looks like I'm stuck with combined DT scoring potiontial of: Essein, G Neville, Agger, Tevez, Bale and co. for another few months, rotfl

Oh well, least everyone in the division has managed more points than Spurs so far

We've not had the transfer window for this game.
I dont run them in parallel to the real game.

So you'll have time to ditch some duds prior to out next season.

Joining him is one time Log laughing stock, Gazwood.

A derby against The Ton awaits.

A win for Gaz against the divisional champ by the narrowest of margins is enough to see off his rivals pa102aw and Demorgoth who both also snatched very narrow victories.

Going in the other direction are Birchy (who got promoted last term) and Rainycat (who scored an embarrassing 3 points). If you're interested pa102aw got whooped by Raincat to hand him his 3 points.
