I would consider Woodgate (4.2m) - Stoke (34pts) rather than Williamson in your second option as you already have Simpson from Newcastle and Stoke are reasonable at home. He would also rotate well (Fulham-Sunderland-Swansea-Newcastle-Stoke) so you could have your defenders and keeper mostly at home. The downside is that although he has played a part in 7 of the last 9 games he is himself susceptible to rotation by Pulis.
