The fact that b,n,m and , are all next to each other has to be significant.
Can you take the keys off and clean under them?

Does the keyboard problem show up everywhere? e.g. not just on office/web? Can you type correctly in notepad?

Have you disconnected the keyboard from the PC and cleaned out the USB/PS2 connector on the PC. It could be dirt/dust across the connectors.

If it is a USB keyboard, try another USB port.

If both keyboards you've tried have been wireless, have you replaced the battery or did you just use the old battery - wireless keyboards behave oddly when the battery is running low.

This is surely a wind up, as it should have said:

Instead of a bn a bnn appears, the saame with am where aam, appears

Not sure if I should take this seriously or not....

To make it more readable at the time I always had to press Backspace to erase the needless letter.......
In the long run this is very annoying, but for clarification it was necessary.....
