I'm told that OFL are currently working on fixing the problem and transfers should be available soonish.

Thanks Striker. I sent them an email this morning because usually it is either my Mac at work or at home that plays up, but it wasn't working on either.

It is interesting that OFL run so many games, yet all work slightly differently. elephant and orange are pretty much identical games, but on the elephant website the typeface is in times, but is fine on the orange site.
