Is being happy with your squad ever a good thing?

I'm more or less at this stage now, though I'm short on United coverage. How do others feel when they get to this stage (if they do), do they start tinkering or actually leave it?

Back in the days, when I'm satisfied with my starting XI, I used to look at my GK's situation for a possible switch, or work on upgrading/degrading my bench players for future GW's depending on my budget and future plans,,, However, nowadays I just roll it.

I'm also reasonably happy. Although I assume I'll have to carry Evans this GW, I want a double transfer to adjust for the DGW. When I get to the stage I'm happy I generally start tweaking the bench.
