SO what is the verdict?

Clarke looks too much of a risk with his injury

Personally think only worthwhile doing transfers this week if it for people playing at the BMW championships.

Consequently - I have a bunch of nags!

3 & 3 split this week?

I agree with Clarke he has been struggling with his hamstring for a few weeks now. I may do 1 transfer to get me up to 6 playing but I'm using to many transfers as I can't seem to get a settled side this season so I may go with 5 players.

Difficult again! What fun! I didn't do as well as I needed in the rare x2 tournament - and I am currently fielding mostly my usual bench fillers for both my teams this coming week - and both teams are a player short.... but Woods will certainly be coming out because I can't see him playing before the US Open... can anybody?

Have a look at who is committed to the next few events and sub Woods out for them. (Woods does however play some of the "non" key events due to commercial commitments)

BMW obvious key event but also this week it is a near 7500yrd course so longer hitters will be at an advantage.

Check out the stats!

Beauty of dishing out advice is just like most things - you ignore it yourself ;)

5 holes in and my week is already crumbling!

Peter Lawrie 5 over after 5!!!!

He is in 2 teams.

If Sterne does the same then adieu!

Went for 3 new signings in two teams. Sabbatini in one team and Harrington and Storm in another... with Sandelin doing OK in the Harrington/Storm team... but he will trip up, I am sure!

Chucky scores from some already though, as you say padmole!

nrly 7500 and wet. Sounds long to me. On tv at 10 so will be with laptop in front of it!

Hence why the likes of canonica could do well. Big hitters?

What a difference a day makes for Dyson. Lowest round for me yesterday and today fully 10 shots worse (78)! On the other hand, Harrington is going well for me, though!

Edit: B u gger - he dropped a shot on the last.. will do well to get a lowest round today, now.

hi redge,

Well for me only Dyson, Harrington and Sandelin are involved now (over 2 teams). Orr and Storm have blown it (geddit?)... and Storm was a sneaky transfer as he apparently does well in Ireland!

I'm not watching it, but heard the wind was due to blow 35mph today. If so, Harrington's round will easily be the best of the day.

One of his best rounds of the year, even with missing a couple of short puts towards the end. Should be leading by the time round 2 is over.

I found his form guide and recommendation on the same website that recommended Harrington (and Cink btw) - so I am undecided if it is a good place for future advice! All a Storm in a tea up, if you ask me!

I feel happy to keep him in though, but only if I don't have a full squad.

WHY DO I GET SO EXCITED?
Watching the golf and thinking excellent - Harrington, Dredge, Dyson, Johnson, Stenson, Jacquelin.

What a week!

Then reality sets in that I have 3 teams and 2 of them in each.

WHat a load of rubbish!

I pulled off a -6 in one of my teams this week with 4 missing the cut.

What makes it even funnier is that the team is called "Only Camilo in the Villegas" and 2 weeks ago I transferred him out.

Well, for the second time a new signing of mine goes on to win (Harrington this week, Schwartzel a couple of weeks back). However, not in the same team and I am really struggling to make any headway with either team.

I have just realised that I miss 3 tournaments (including the US Open) as I am away on holiday cruising the Med from 31st May! :x

Dont panic on that one - You can always get someone else to monitor your team for you and Mr Green is happy to accept "pre-orders!"

As for the holiday - poor you ;)

I know padmole... problem is it requires a bit of forethought on my part and I struggle to know what to do each Wednesday evening, let alone 3 of them in one go!  Will give it some thought, though!

As for the holiday - I know, poor me. A week in Majorca then 7 night cruise around the Med taking in Pisa, Rome, Sardinia, Nice/Monte Carlo/Monaco, Barcelona - I don't know if will like it or not! (ten years married whilst away 8-) ) Who said it wouldn't last!
