In simple layman/idiot/murf's terms....

Why can't an iPad display some website pages properly in full (e.g. apparently you cannot scroll down TFF player lists to do transfers etc same as most phones)???

Is this likely to change on next generation models?

Seems such a stupid thing to fail on. Surely they can be as 'powerful' as a basic laptop and have similar screen sizes etc????

This is one thing putting me off buying one (another is a similar failure with Excel but you can get lo-fi versions of that I understand)

Murf, to scroll down TFF player lists (and any other lists for that matter) you must use one finger pressed against the list and other one to scroll up and down it e.g your left index finger presses hold of the list (and don't take your finger off it) then your right index finger moves the list up and down by moving up and down.

Hope that helps.

P.S I also use google spreadsheets on my iPad, which is just as good as excel.

I think that it works with two fingers rather than one.

I am posting on my iPad and I love it

As per the above you can scroll in the manner described

The biggest downer is that you can't use flash  (although thats an apple issue) and you cant connect to a printer without buying a new one that is compatible

I prefer using the proper webpage that way you can see more stats, get the live match centre and check your super league positions.

I've got the app on my phone. It's OK but limited.

Can't do tinkerman transfers for starters.
