Like a true bond muppet I left work early today to watch this.

Overall I liked it a lot. Loads of action, great stunts and Craig is the dog's B's as Bond. Defo a movie for poker and mobile phone fans!!!

Had a weird end, no "R" and few one liners though.

Overall worth watching but this one breaks the mould of other Bond movies - you've been warned!

Went last night and loved it.

Superb start to the film, and some great sequences.

Follows the basic plot of the book well and shows a tougher Bond.
A complete opposite to the way Roger Moore played it!

Top stuff. (through my admittedly Bond tinted glasses!)

I've got 2 tickets for the Bond film tomorrow morning at the Basildonia Festival Leisure. Good seats in the penultimate row but I've just found out I can no longer go. Anybody want them?

Why? Does the master criminal just kill Bond when he captures him rather than trying to kill him in a convoluted way that is destined to allow him time to use Q's recently issued master gadget? Which, very handily is exactly what he needs.

Some of the elements such as having a "Q" type character, bad one liners seen in all the other movies are not in this one. There are other things also that I don't want to metion here for people who haven't seen the movie yet.

Bnd (guess what!) survives the film

It is so different to any other Bond film! That is why I liked it. Its more moody, less corny and addresses all the issues that made me hate Bond and leave me unable to see one of the films all the way through.

Good on them for revamping a tired crappy format.

Good film

(and Eva Green... Ngggggggggghhhhhhh! yes please)

I'm off to see it tonight with yer old maw. How can anyone not like Bond? That's criminal Karrde.

Guy walks into a bar, and says to the barmaid "the name's Bond". She says "don't tell me, first name James?" He says "no, it's Uni, I'm here to fill yer crack in".

Best bond so far but too far fetched and unreal.
The stunts were not believable but unbelievable.
Bond must be bionic he did pick up a couple of scratches and swollen bollocks along the way. The crumpet was of the stick variety give me a woman with a bit of meat on them not some 6 stone twig.

Amazing film, one of the best, but the Bond girls were a disgrace, and what about the chin on the one that Bond pulls first? Honestly, if you've not seen it, pay special attention to the scene when Bond and her are lying on the floor in her beach house, the outline of her jaw is Jimmy Hill-esque - a horrible feature.

Recommend anyone questioning Eva Green's curves rents out a copy of 'The Dreamers' (also available on Sky movies at the moment  )...

Just seen it. Far too long - that plane scene could have been done in a fraction of the time.

Not many laughs, so they were more appreciated when they did arrive. Was dreading some-one getting a royal flush in the poker, thankfully didn't happen.

Also a very uneven pace. During the many quiet bits, all I could hear was 9 year olds asking their parents stuff like, "Is he a baddie? What's up with his eye?" etc.

And the Venice scene at the end was shite. The Grand Canal is only 5 metres deep - what did that house go!?

Saw this again last week. Appreciated the grittiness of it, loved the action but gawped at the large plot holes in the film and missed the gadgetry and "carry on" humour.

All-in-all thumbs up though (ya ya ya).

If anyone wants to see Eva Greens tits for real, and they are superb, watch her in that arty film 'The Dreamers'. They are the most pointy natural ones ive seen for a while. :
