Actually the second, but this isn't the time or the place.

Seemed a really decent guy from all those years watching Blockbusters.

RIP.

I went to watch an episode of BB's when one of my schoolmates was a contestant. Bob was a lovely bloke, entertained the audience inbetween takes - a geniune guy.

RIP.

Incidentally, my schoolmate was crap on the quiz, but he fleeced the other contestants at poker later

Didn't realise he was the voice of The Generation Game for years or just how old he was. I knew he was Bond and that he CANNOT play the sax

He'll always be Blockbusters to me though.

RIP Bob.

Remember him as a kid on LBC Radio with Douglas Cameron superb.

My regret was as a 16 year old fancying a horse strongly as opposed to turning up to the school final of blockbusters which would have got me and my best mate auto entry into the tv show. Summed up my teenage years. Whilst typing this i'm listening to Frank Sinatra singing call me irresponsible. That was me!

It's sad that another well known TV personality from my youth has passed away. It depresses me that time is marching on so quickly.

Back in the 80's Blockbusters was the programme to watch on the portable whilst eating your tea in the kitchen/dining room.

RIP Bob :(
