Extraordinary stuff on BBC1, Thursday nights, 8pm. Last weeks was amazing, seeing tribes building houses 40+ metres up in the trees using just what they find in the jungle.

A must see for anyone who enjoyed Planet Earth.

Only seen the first 2 but quality TV, especially in HD.

Caught all of these by accident but watched them all the way through once started. Fascinating stuff and amazing film-making. From drinking bovine blood to herding by helicopter it makes me think that although I feel I know quite a bit about the world I've barely scratched the surface.

Those sulphur miners were something else, not to mention the three tribesman who outwitted a pride of lions by just nonchalantly walking up to the prey and hacking off a few limbs of meat for themselves. Now that could have gone horribly wrong...
