Can you change your link in your profile so that we can see your team -- you're always talking about it and it makes me curious to see your setup and I click your link it goes to the UEFA.com website. If theres a tactical reason you dont want to I understand, just asking.

Some (not me I assure you) might want to make sure you're not telling porkie pies :)

I saw we had a high finisher this week in FISO, but I can never remember the FISO name for the FPL team... nice going... Johnson's early withdrawal at half time saw me on 59pts. Never mind. I only lost 10-15 pts on those closest to me.

You might want to hit the transfer button, Jimmy ;)

Thanks chris... just seen that on the injury thread. He was on borrowed time anyway, as I plan a double swoop for the upcoming double gameweeks, and he was for the chop. Makes is easier when the player you kick out won't come back to haunt you for a week at least.

and Man City ALWAYS do well when televised on a Monday night. :?

You're trying to put a jinx on it aren't you! the one thing i've seen more than anything else on these forums in my short time here, is people getting their predictions wrong, so the more people i hear expecting man city to do well, the more nervous i'm getting about it!

i'll be happy with a man city clean sheet- got garrido, petrov and elano(c) to play.

only got 39 so far

I wouldn't be so mean to try and jinx it.....  However, it is true, even under Picker Pearce last season, City tended to be great value for money when live on TV - especially when at home. Expect a goal fest of TV entertainment not seen since Sunday's Strictly Come Dancing John and Dom's Dance Off!

From now on 'Jonathan's Jinx' will be a coined phrase :)

66 points for me in total with petrov adding the extra 3.

 A total return for nimbus from his 3 Man City players of 19pts is pretty OK I reckon!

Despite your best attempts Jonathan, some of us with man city players still ended up doing ok  Sticking pins in the feet of your elano voodoo doll may have been enough to prevent him from scoring, and make him change his boots before half time, but he still managed an acceptable score- my best captains performance for a few weeks now!

  Very good! I heard a couple of players changed their boots during the game. I may have to join this Elano bandwagon. He really didn't sound as though he was having a very good game - and I did have an inner smile when he went off before the end... but he still gained two BPs! Chuffed to bits for everybody with Man City players. Because of last nights game I was only temporarily back in the top 10,000 :x

My third worst week of the season, in terms of gameweek position, with only 50 points and just outside the top 500,000 for the week. Worst weekly position so far is only 560,297th so I'm due a bad week sometime soon. Overall dropped 2,000 or so places to just outside the top 13,000. Captaining Fab instead of Elano would only have got me another 8 points so not a disastrous choice. Quite how Elano got 2 boni is beyond me however.

finished w/ 81 points and I feel I am getting back on track after a horrible october that through me down 75,000 places!!

I am happy to have passed the 600 pts averaging 50pts/week and a good team value.

I just need to get my act together now and stop making multiple transfers and safe some points... there was not a single GW that I didn't take a points hit (from 4-16)... except the GW I played my wildcard!!! (can't help it)
