Looking to put my place in Spain on a rental website after a year or two off (time constraints and a trickle of family and friends helped it cover costs)

We used Holioday Rentals before

http://www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/

Mainly as it seemed to come high on any searches for apartments in Spain.

Does anyone else use other sites?

What sites do you use if looking to rent an apartment?

Thanks all

As always, discounts offered to FISO folk

I started advertising mine on 'Holiday Lettings' last year.

They had a free/£1 month trial and do offer your money back if the ad doesn't generate a min number of booking enquiries over the year so seemed worth a shot.

Have you had any bookings from Holiday Lettings yet Chris?

In my experience the only decent free site is (ex) work intranet. Holiday-Rentals (aka HomeAway) and VRBO are expensive, but provide lots of bookings for us.

We have just cancelled FlipKey after a 3 month + extra 2 month free trial which produced 4 enquiries and no bookings.

1.5 months in and no bookings yet from Holiday Lettings. Most of my bookings come from local big employer intranets (via relatives/friends) and local sports/leisure clubs I'm a member of plus fiso of course.
