Thanks for taking the time to update the spreadsheet Maximo Monkey.

I find it extremely useful to look at the fixtures certain dream team players have got coming up and make my transfers accordingly (I'm not sure whether it's more luck than judgement, but I've managed to find myself top of the Fiso elite league after the first set of fixtures using that method and this spreadsheet...)

Sorry guys , i have had no spare time to do the euros and other cup ties ............. but i see maximo monkey has , thanks for taking that little challenge on .............. i wonder if it makes any difference in the long run , as all my choices for the dreamteam ( using this method ) seem to have fallen short , or been injured .....or been transferred out ?

might well be a case of back to the drawing board .................. ho hum , never mind , was still a decent idea ...at least to start with

It's the thread i read the most.

Found it most useful.

Tku ugly.

I like ;

1 Arsenal easy + Champs league
2 Spurs easy + Europa
3 Bolton easy but no Europe
4 Wigan easy but no Europe
5 Stoke Moderate + Europa

Man City/Man U/Chelsea - obviously plenty of playing time.

Wigan and Bolton?? wouldn't touch em! easy fixtures for anyone playing them. I expect the Coyle will be sacked shortly.

Spurs play reserves\youth team mostly in Europe plus VDV not even in european squad.

I disagree Miles.

Look how AlHabsi, Figueroa, Cahill, Klasnic did before TW1 with decent fixtures. I just think for bargain basement players they could score well.

Granted they won't score points like Rooney, Silva etc. But there could be a gem amongst them.

Agree to disagree then :D I will be picking my odd cheapies elsewhere. Cahill will always pick up points but at 3.5m there are better alternatives. Wigan defence, not for me at all, always likely to let lots of goals in. Klasnic I have in a couple of teams so maybe the only Bolton or Wigan player I will use. This season its pretty easy to get a very good team with most, if not all, players playing in Europe in.

The link is accessible Miles, but Columns A through to E are frozen, is that intentional?

Thanks for this spreadsheet by the way, it saves me having to go through each teams page on the Beebs website every time there's a transfer window
