GW23 Defenders - Who to play?

Ok I have 4 defenders I could pick, but must pick only 3. Please help me choose:

Lindergard

Bardsley (H) - BAE (H) - Senderos (H) - Richards (a)

I cant play all 4 cos it would mean benching Sturridge

Bardsley-BAE definitely. Tough call on Richards or Senderos. Probably go with Richards as Everton not prolific up front and he's more of an attacking threat. Against that you're more certain Senderos will start.

Why Bardsley definitely? I would drop Bardsley out of those 4 to be honest, Norwich have only failed to score away from home once this season and that was at Old Trafford.

BAE & Richards are a must... the other two... probably Senderos, though Bardsley could be a decent differential...
