Who are you choosing for you GW12 Captain?

Ima gonna go with Elano myself, he's been the most consistent points scorer out of anyone so far, having got either an assist or a goal every game that Man City have scored in.

Lampy. I sold Ronaldo for him, and it's Wigan.

I've decided from now on I will select my most expensive player that is playing at home, ergo it is Fabregas. If I had Elano I'd probably go for him tho, if only because I am a sheep.

Maybe you should include: unless they they a playing against a top 4 team, and I have others at home to relegation unbattlers?

My new rule is a big gun at home to an unbattler, from now on. Rooney last week

This is a tricky one this week. Lampard is in some amazing form and will get points against Wigan, but Wigan will be defending heavily and hoping for a goalless draw methinks.

Elano seems to do well at home, and Sunderland's defenses are weak. Sunderland will play good offensive football and are likely to score, but also likely to let 2 or 3 goals in (I'm sad to say)

Fabregas at home to ManU could actually be the suprise wise choice. I think both teams will feel they have to win and the game could be a lot more open than you'd first presume.

Don't forget Laursen and Agbonlahor at home against Derby. That could be a major points fest.

For now jury is out for me. I'll make my decision on Friday night :)

I haven't made my transfer yet, but at the moment it is between Elano or Laursen. Probably Elano then. But you never know who I might bring in..... :)

Drogba for me, but that's as I don't have Lamps. I still think the Drog could do some damage against Wigan though.

Young vs Derby. I can see his first goal in the FPL this year coming up. Would pick Lamps but I'm not transferring him in until next week.

It isn't common knowledge, but Lamps make excellent captaincy choices in almost all online fantasy sports games.

I keep saying his goal scoring run will stop, but it doesn't. So I'm going to take action and stop it myself......

Robert Keane Esq away to Boro.

I thought he got two, and Shevchenko got the other two? Or have Radio 5 Live been lying again?

Would be Lampard, but I haven't got him in yet. So it's Arteta home to Birmingham. Served me well last week.

I'm a bit torn between Lamps at Wigan and Agbonlahor at home to Derby.

I voted for Gabby. He must be a cert to get something v the league's worst defence while Lamps is more of a probability, right ?

It's tricky The Ace. Derby away are atrocious defensively, and Wigan are not too bad at home. However, whist Villa are a hard team to beat at home, Agbonlahor is hardly setting the Premiership alight. Frank, on the other hand, is on fire! :?

captain Lamps for me.

ace, i reckon agbonlahor will score points against derby so he's not a bad captain choice.

hey, but what do i know of choosing the correct captain. eh? :(

actually, lampard scoring highly could be a probability over individual games, but is a certainty over 3 or 4 games. not captaining lampard is a a risk i wouldn't be taking. surely, he will get at least 3 pts from bonii or assists each match?

also, i took a 4 pt hit to transfer lampard in this gw, so i have to captain him.

only 14% of managers had lampard last time i checked. would be great if he scored well against derby, imo.

Must admit, Lamps is in the form of his life and I overlooked him last GW... everyone is telling me to go with Lamps..... where do I change my vote

I've gone for Lampard. You can't beat that kind of goal scoring form. Lower league teams try much harder in cup games, so a hat trick is still an achievement.

Agbonlahor definitely. Lampard is overrated, as are the rest of Chelsea. Agbonlahor and Villa are the way forward.

I think I've had too much cough medicine.

If I had Lampard I would captain him.

Fabs here.

I seem to get slightly punished every time I don't captain him and as I will probably have to make another transfer if Richards isn't fit in time (and looking ahead at the double GW) and don't want to bring in Lamps just yet.

Plus players just give a little more when it's the big teams playing each other, so maybe more boni.

Unless I bring in Lamps after all, but can't seem to get myself to get rid of Ronaldo.
