Thanks to a lengthy commute each day, I take the opportunity to listen to the odd podcast.

I'm sure most will have heard the European Tour podcast and perhaps the 'Talk of the Tour' podcast from the PGATour?

But are there any other decent ones out there?

For entertainment value be sure to tune into 'Talking golf with Gary'. Definitely the most impressive intro out there, though at times Gary finds it tough to live up to it  . Highlight this week was his pronunciation of Rafa Echenique

Must admit that I only tend to listen to the European Tour podcast.

On the whole, it's all very informative and amusing, but Rob Lee and John Hawksworth (and whoever they get in if one of them is on holiday) have got to be the worst tipsters on the planet!

However, I may just put on my headphones to have a quick listen to Gary...

Verdict: "Slightly amusing" soon turned into "cringeworthy"...

Sadly a bit like the audio books I bought off eBay - £20.00 for 200hours of boks (Fantastic!) Except the American droul introduction to Sherloke Holmes of 221b Baker Street quickly removed any enjoyment!!

There's a new golf podcast on the block :D

It's Golf Weekly from Newstalk radio in Ireland, and it's not bad at all (as long as you love your golf), nice mixture of interviews, golf tipping and instructional basics.

Only thing missing is a piece on fantasy golf with Tony M!

Worth listening to for the intro alone - can you identify all the clips?
