My favourite way to eat goats cheese

figs can be replaced with beetroot - also good.

Simples - even I've done this.

Get your cheeses (decent size required) and slice them in half (hence why you don't want pokey ones). Drizzle them in honey, scatter sesame seeds over, whack under the grill and serve simply with salad & balsamic. Only need cook them for a few minutes (before the glaze burns) and if you;'ve got decent cheese, it's tasty and easy.

Sorted.

Goats cheese and tomato drizzled with a good oil is nice 'n' safe.

Had goats cheese with raspberry once - outstanding. Tbh not made it but I'll have a go this week now you've mentioned it.

Cut the cheese into little cubes.

get some toothpicks / cocktail sticks and skewer them.

add pineapple cubes

Cover a cabbage in tin foil

stick the cheese and pineapple stick into the cabbage

throw it all away

Order Pizza

Fig one sounds good if I can get figs. Like the idea of Raspberry as well, though the idea of ham parcels sounds odd without seeing any pictures.

Goats cheese on toast with a side helping of Dr WHo shaped spaghetti shapes would go down very well.

Were you that guy on 'Come dine with me' who served a sliced banana filled with squirty cream surrounded by segments of mandarin orange from a tin?

Roast some beetroot with honey and balsamic - grill goats cheese , add some greens

OR

Make filo pastry base / dice onions / peppers / garlic / baby tomatoes / roast veg for while then cook with filo pastry base and goats cheese on top - filling should be with honey / red onions balsamic etc

Main issue with gaots cheese being to ensure you dont cook so that it simply sticks to your pallet

Did this one - Had to go with beetroot instead of figs. Was a bit wary of heated cheese/walnut/beetroot going with cold salad/dressing/pear but I have to say - This one is going in the armoury :D :D :D Delicious!!

And gf was suitably impressed
