If 19 is going to be like 18 then I need an unpredictable choice and someone who has no chance of being rested. Step up Victor Moses.

It's on Nani currently, but could switch it to Sturridge as I might think Nani gets a rest

Might just stick it on Bale after seeing today ...

But last time I did so he didn't even play

Given that Rooney was on the bench with Nani starting vs Wigan, just wondering if Fergie will reverse this and rest Nani for the next game? Might put it on Rooney as a result.

Due to fears of RVP and Nani being benched i voted for Adebayor. This may quite easily change however but I feel it is a real possibilty

Due to rotation risks to my most obvious choices (RVP & Nani) I am going Bale (c) with Sturridge (v)

RVP for me as he will probably smash in a hat-trick to break the record

Going with Rooney. No guarantee he'll start but can't see him being on the bench 2 in a row.

The deadline is 15 minutes before the Liverpool v Newcastle game. The only way to make sure your captain is starting is to pick from that game.

Wenger would be evil to bench RVP one game away from the record wouldn't he?

Nani came off at 60-odd the other day though? Surely that means he gets a start again as he's their best player at the minute?

This is what I've been thinking, coupled with the fact that United barely have 2 wingers to play in his place. For Nani to be rested, it would mean Park and Valencia playing out wide, which would mean that Smalling, Rio and Jones (maybe Carrick in defence, Jones in midfield) would all have to return and make up the back 4 with Evra. Could happen I suppose but even if it does, Nani will probably start over Park imo.

Going to keep an eye on the defenders injuries news and judge from that anyway

I guess you have to reconsider that one now that Suarez is banned for that game due to him giving the finger to the Fulham fans

You also forget Giggs. Not to mention if Jones is needed in defence that's where he'll play.

When was the last time Giggs played on the wing? Or started 3 games in a row?

I don't know. When was the last time Rooney was benched? How often have Gibson, Berbatov and Park started? With the injuries United have I think you can't rule out Giggs, regardless of where and when he plays.

Think I'm gonna go Rooney, after being benched last week he is sure to start and Blackburn are struggling with injuries.

Was gonna go van Persie but imagine QPR will park the bus and rotation is a risk with Fulham 2 days later.

Rooney is a differential at the top of my league, might take a risk as United are in good goalscoring form.

Hmmm... Bales in Wales? Sounds like the Cardiff boy should have a healthy dislike for Swansea
In form and playing in his home country, yes, I think I'll put the armband on him this week!

Would definitely go for a freshly rested Rooney if I had him.

But I don't so it'll be RVP(c), Nani(vc), same as every week. :D

Valencia captain
Van Persie Vice

I see Blackburn as the strongest candidates for a whooping next gw, I feel Valencia is the safest pick.

Just need to pray he starts..
