I thought i would enter a free team but after entering all the details apart from actually paying as this is meant to be a free team why does it say INACTIVE TEAM PAY NOW.
I am not really surprised i am having problems because of who it's run by but thought entering a Free Team would be a doddle.
Anyone else had problems?

My free one showed as inactive, once I paid for my other teams it showed as active.

Is it 1st team free but you have to buy at least one more? If it is they can shove it.

Any inactive free teams will automatically be activated (if complete) at the start of the season.

It's somewhere in the long thread that SM's representative has been posting in.

That's not happened.

It has a Submit button but when you press it it asks you to pay for your team.

I think I may have to refer this bunch of jokers to the Fair Trading Standards over False advertising.

If it says Free team you should be able to get one, not have to buy more to activate it. The whole thing stinks.

Yep, my free team remains inactive too, makes no odds really as I have no reason whatsoever to log in to the site.

I was going to monitor it and then maybe buy some transfers if it was doing OK at some stage.

So my so called FREE team is still inactive. How can they advertise a Free team and then expect you to buy another one. Never did like the paper, even less now.
Funny thing is i actually had a pretty good start with 3 clean sheets and 5 goals.
