FOllowing on from such an exciting start to the fantasy golf season (even if not successful in my case) , I thought it was opportunity to run a little 4 week comp in the build up to the next big tournament THE PLAYERS.

The competition
Winner - highest profit during the 4 weeks
Rules
- You have a ficticious £10 each week to invest on the european & US tour golf events for each of the next 4 weeks
- You must wager at least £2 of the weekly stake on each event ie you cant just put £10 on 1 player (However - if you do miss the start time for one event you can still invest £8 on the later start tournament)
- minimum investment per player is £2 ie £2 win or £1 e/w
- You dont have to invest all £10
- If you miss a week then it will simply mean no selections and neutral
- You cannot invest some of any fictional winnings in a future week - £10 per week max
- I will publish FIXED odds as soon as available (Probably tomorrow) - these will be the odds for calculating profit
- It will be a 1/4 odds places 1-5 for all events
- Deadline for entries each week will be prior to first tee

PRIZES
1st £20 bet on THE PLAYERS Championship - starts 12th May
2nd £10 bet
3rd £5 bet
In case of ties it will be on countback ie last tournament profit first - if it goes beyond that then coinflip!!

WEEKLY PRIZES
- Winner of the Week gets a £5 bet for the next event
In case of ties then it will be given to whomever posted their selections first (if all selections are losers then the £5 will rollover - it wont go to someone who has only partially staked or not staked at all)

IN ADDITION
The top 3 will also do a FISO Charity bet each worth £5 on the PLAYERS - This must be a single selection each of £5 win or £2.50 EW and any winnings will then go into a fiso pot for the next competiton (I disappear off to Malaysia on 14th May so it will be in June if there are funds to support it).
