priapist has kindly agreed to be league chairman and he will set up the league in due course and send out the password to all of you.
Once he has done that, I would appreciate if you could all get your teams in as quickly as possible please.
You don't have to have made your changes at this stage.

3 weeks and counting (down)....
Yup... I fancy my chances, but will have one wary eye on the Villa fans in this division as they should provide a massive threat.
All joking aside this division looks like it'll be a tough nut to crack and promotion will be won the hard way. Good luck everyone!

Good to see the banter is already heating up in this division....
As for chaning the hopeless Hansens team... I'm currently swaying towards replacing Rio with Melchiot and Camera with Defoe. Yes I know that Portsmouth's opening fixtures aren't brilliant, but then neither are Man Utd's, and if Wigan can get past Chelsea unscathed then they have a nice little run of easy-ish games. The money freed up by downgrading Rio gives me a striker with a proven eye for goal, and a new strike partner who will provide lots of little knock-downs for Defoe.
The other options I'm considering up front are Bent - but will he be the main man this season at Spurs under Ramos? Or Big Carew, because Villa have a nice little set of opening matches, and should have warmed up nicely with the Intertoto.
Should be an interesting season... best of luck all!

Someone has to go first - subject to change prior to kick off next Saturday
AKNel's Egg Cup XI
Van der Sar
Evra
Vidic
Rio
Hutton
Cahill
Gerrard Young
Bullard
Modric
Camara D. Bent
Torres
Value £50m
Bank £0m
Transfers used - 0
Transfers remaining - 30
EDIT:
Reasons - Everyone will be looking to get rid of Camara at the earliest opportunity, so in comes Darren Bent who is likely to have a good season providing Ramos doesn't bring someone in and he stays injury free. To free up the cash it meant ditching either Rio or Gerrard. If United start with a couple of clean sheets those that keep Rio could steal an early march. Add to that Gerrard's injury concern and the likelihood he will play deeper with Robbie Keane on board make this a no-brainer

Gettin this one out of the as I will need to be in the zone when I finalise my other teams
Current line up
Van Der Sar
Ferdinand Dossena
Evra
Vidic
Hutton
Gerrard
Cahill
Modric
Bullard
Torres
Camara Alves
Total cost = 49.9
Transfers left = 30
Reason(s)
I very rarely have a team that dosen't have a Liverpool player at the back so out goes the budget busting Ferdinand and in comes Dossena.
The only other Camera I've head of was Titi - and by all accounts this one is just as poor so in comes Alves who at his price should be excellent VFM.

VDS
Ferdinand Jagielka
Evra
Vidic
Hutton
Gerrard
Cahill
Modric
Bullard
Torres
Camara Bent
Reasons;
Jagielka; reasonable defence, should be a regular. Ferdinand had to go, to free up cash for the Camara mistake to be rectified.
Camara, has Hansen picked him for a bet? Bent scored loads in pre season, and if he does'nt score, then i'm happy to put the mockers on the mob up the Seven Sisters Road.
