Yes. Well done. Another multi-winner. That takes some doing in a FISO league. I wasn't really in it in the end.

Tevez can come in this week although I have never been convinced by him and Ade coming back does not seem to have helped in so actually not sure if I will. Big decision. I'm enjoying the competition you are providing!

It's one of the best head to head duels I've had so far. It was so boring a few gameweeks ago.

I am noticing a deliberate ploy by a certain team just a couple of points behind me in the MOTM team picking captains who clearly are not playing, building up my hopes - until gameweek update! :wink:

Jonathan snatches defeat from the jaws of victory leaving bossdrum the champion for February. Jonathan took things a liitle casually in the final week, only putting nine men in the team! O'Hara's penalty miss cost him seven points and victory. No-one was able to take advantage of the top two's poor captaincy choice.

Sorry for the delay in updating this.

Congratulations go to:

bossdrum winning £12 for April's manager of the month. That's his 2nd manager of the month this season. Well played.

In third place this season is Brightwater. In an unbelieveble finish to the season he hung on to a prize by virtue of having made less transfers this season than bossdrum! :shock:

Brightwater wins £24

flyingkillercob managed to grab second place in the final gameweek of the season and he wins £48 but he was 148

points behind our deserved winner

a magnificent performance from start to finish see him 19th in the world. The only thing he didn't win was the FISO head to head. :lol:

£72 go to hancockjr. Will anyone be able to take his X League crown from him next year?

Poor captaincy judgement in the final week nearly cost me, but holding off too many multi transfers paid off in the end. Bad luck on the tie breaker Bossdrum.

Poor team selections, captaincy choices and hairstyles ultimately cost me.

Hopefully we can run this again next season.

Thanks to WHATEVER for taking on the responsibility and being a member we can trust, and well done to the prize winners. It is still incredible how popular FPL is, but I think that a huge amount of people basically use it as a scoring system to win a good amount of cash in mini leagues such as this one, in place of what is overall a pretty poor prize structure from the games organisers.

Oh dear, didn't read the first post properly and therefore didn't even realise I'd won anything until I logged in today and checked my PMs :lol:

For some reason I had it in my head that it was first place only, plus the monthly prizes, so that's a nice surprise 8-)

Hi WHATEVER,

Are you planning to run this comp again? After my 08/09 victory, I lost my way with transfers trying to play catch up two thirds of the way through last season.

I feel confident of mounting a challenge on the leaders once more this year.......
