FISO Virgins Heat - A FISO Virgins league

FISO & FPL Virgins are invited to join this league created especially for FISO & FPL virgins.

The lewdness potential of this post is so overwhelming I better get to the point... :twisted:

All noobs, newbies, virgins and beginners, such as I... err, me, are welcome to join this league.
The league is called FISO Virgins Heat and the required code is: 1634-34102

If you have ranked above (better) than 100,000 place in previous FPL seasons, PLEASE do not enter this league! I do not mind those that have played FPL before, but the purpose here is to set unranked people against each other. On August 8th, I WILL oust all those not answering this criteria, from the league.

No need to post here your registration only suggestion or advice from the powers of FISO veterans.

Good luck all and let's do something about this virginity!

I think the usual rules are that you can be either a FISO or an FPL virgin. I.e as long as you weren't in last year's FISO FPL league.

......unless you're a newcomer to Fiso,but have played FPL previously :wink:

Some have tried in the past to join the Virgins ML,claiming that although they've played FPL before,they weren't very good at it,so wished to join this first timers league,to make themselves look better,which upset a few of the genuine virgins ! :wink:

Shaggy used to sort them out - not too difficult as their team history's easily accessible,and he'd put them firmly out of the back door,to maintain a level playing field !

Well done Ironfist for taking the job on,and giving Shaggy a well earned break - he did a great job in making Fiso newcomers to FPL feel welcome, and if you haven't already done so,I think you might find it worth have a look through last year's Virgin League thread,and/or PM'ing him for any tips !

What he probably won't tell you however,is that it was only a couple of weeks after he'd taken on the job,that he learned that he'd need to become a eunuch if he wished to continue in office.

He didn't want to let anyone down,so quietly accepted his fate,and told only a few of us, such is his modesty.

If he seems a bit different,you now know why.

The criterion I used was that people could be in the Virgins league if they hadn't played FPL before, or if they had played once and come outside the top 100,000 then they could be in. I didn't reject anyone on their length of membership at FISO.

The danger with making the entry conditions so tight is that you hardly get anyone qualifying to be in the league, and so end up with a very small league. From memory, the league last year was 55 entrants, which is probably quite a manageable number.

So far we have seven entries (*sigh) , only one of them a dodgy veteran which ranked in last year with the 100k list of FPL.

Does Keamos FC qualify for the virgins league?

Like I said in one of the other threads... we'd prefer to have FPL virgins rather than FISO virgins, for comparing noobs choices and capabilities... but I'll be the last person to kick anyone out on his debut tournament management.

I don't know whether bringing this thread up is the proper way to push this mini-league but there must be more than 12 virgins which recently joined...

I am new to the forum but have played FPL before. However my highest rank is 190,000ish (admittedly poor) so was wondering if I am eligible for this? Go on, be nice :oops:

Not that I'd want to speak for Ironfist but I'm sure he'd be happy for you to join the league, you certainly meet the criteria. And don't worry about last season's score - that's why you joined FISO, right?

I have not rejected anyone out of the league yet, but will do so on the last week before the deadline.
FPL virgins are all welcome and anyone not ranking above 100k-th in previous years.

BTW,... Bent is a great player... I'm gonna be mad later for having listened to you now. :wink:

This will be my first full season since I joined FISO, Its my 4th season on FPL and my previous 3 attempts have been totally rubbish!!! :lol:

So far we have 26 teams in the Virgins' League, of which 4 are about to be axed!
One cheeky bûgger has three years in a row ranking around the 20k spot or some such.

But the rest are all fresh and virgin-like ready to be ... erm, plucked!

But this is NOT ENOUGH. Go out there, my agents of mayhem, gather your virgins and bring them to me!

Would you all be so kind and advertise in private messages (!!!) the existence of the Virgins League to your friends freshly brought into the FPL/FISO fold. We need more virgins and if we don't satisfy the gods at the altar with fresh virgins, none of us will make it above the 10,000 rank this year.

i've entered my team into the virgin's league. I did enter a team last year but didn't do anything with it and don't even know where it finished but will be trying my best with this team
