Yeah, I'd agree with that. To have nailed most of the bandwagons etc so far a minimum use of 6/7 transfers were probably needed. That said the captain choices are the real key and it aint going to be as easy as leaving it on RVP week after week anymore imo.

I have regrettably made the decision to remove 6 teams (3 individuals) from the Sky League. The 3 individuals are;

THEWISEONE (Trevor Gill) - for suspected multiteaming in The Daily Mail
blessedbrain (Geoff Pryor) - for suspected multiteaming in The Sun
jonnyg (Jonathan Greenway) - for suspected multiteaming in The Daily Mail

I am sure that this decision will come with many disagreements but as acting chairman I reserve the right of entry into the Sky League.

As a result I will stop managing my 2 teams (both currently about 50th in the League) to avoid any possibility of myself winning anything and my motives coming into question.

I will not enter into any public arguements over the matter.

The one man judge and jury strikes again. Whats up things getting a bit quiet on the boards so you decide to stir things up a bit & folk end up getting thrown out of competitiond purely on your suspisions. You appear to suspect any group where more than one member of a family plays with the same name. I agree you may be correct in some cases but not in all cases and certainly not with myself or any members involved in our league.
Two of our league members have won prizes this season, one with ESPN Rugby the other with Sky Football. In both cases individuals were checked by competition organisers and [u]proved to be legitamate entrants.[/u]

This is bang out of order! Whilst it was appreciated that you were willing to take the trouble to manage the FISO Sky League it is NOT your league to do as you wish. What you believe is happening in this or any other FF game are not valid grounds for such a unilateral decision.

There will be more fall out from this in days to come but one thing is for sure, only admin, moderators or selected FISO members will be permitted to chair any such ML in future.

You can't be doing this and I will take advice from fiso mods before deciding whether you'll be banned from fiso.

I know you approached me on 30 Sep regarding my opinion on whether you could eject people from the fiso m/l due to suspected breaking of rules on another game as you said you 'do not feel I have the authority to do so as it is FISOs League and not mine' and I said you shouldn't, rather report any issues with the other game to the operator running that game. Shocked and dismayed that you've decided now to ignore my advice.

I considered the probability of being banned from FISO at quite likely but I place my morals and values at a higher priority than any online membership.
I'd accept any permanent ban with immediate effect and have no argument against it.
I'd still seek out the top 5 in the Sky League and pay out accordingly whether I remained a FISOer or not.

You shouldn't let personal feelings affect your Chairing of the fiso m/l (and I include within that any suspicions about how others are playing different games - which the game operator may well have looked into already and decided nothing untoward has happened). If this might have been the case you shouldn't have decided to set it up in the 1st place.

I also thought you wouldn't be able to remove people from the m/l after 30 Sep 11 as this is what the rules say. I have therefore asked SkyFF/GFM why the rules haven't been applied properly (the 'remove player' button shouldn't be there post 30 Sep) and to reinstate the 6 teams that you shouldn't have been able to remove. I will also see if they are agreeable to the Chairmanship to be handed over to me so that I can ensure the m/l can be dealt with fairly and properly.

Let me guess.....

Sky/GFM allow it will result in me being banned from FISO.

Sky/GFM don't allow it means I'll be allowed on FISO to keep me sweet until I've paid out winnings and then my fate is anyones guess?
