and is a drop-down link under 'Fantasy Football' from the top menu bar, as well as being a 'fiso quick link' on the fiso homepage.

The table is now much more up to date thanks to our volunteers.

In order to help keep it up to date please use the 'Add Injury/Suspension' link on the table to add confirmed injuries/suspensions. (These will appear when approved by the moderators for the table). You will find that all Premier League players are listed so it is just a case of selecting the right player and adding the brief details including copying and pasting the relevant weblink.

Hey Chris, would it be possible to have the date and time of when the table was last updated at the top of the table? no worries if thats too complicated etc, I just thought it would be useful to know that im getting the very latest info!

Another date column might make the table more messy. I've already suggested to admin that we get rid of the start date column.

As an alternative, maybe we could have a "NEW" icon by new injuries entered into the table and a "UPDATE" icon by ones that have recently been updated? Or you could alter the hover text for the links to say when they were put there?

More thoughts for admin and BD to look into!

I believe so, but I think one of the main contributors, Snout, has been away, admin's been away and I've not really been around either.

This is being updated all the time as anyone can post requests for injuries to be included so it's something to keep an eye on, as well as the Injury Thread in Team News.

Yes, I have to admit to being unavailble to help out with the injury table recently and that situation is likely to continue for the next week or two. Hopefully normal service will be resumed soon.

Just updated it to include Ashton's new injury and to remove Ronaldo. Anyone know why there are two Jonathon Spectors on the list? One is bad enough.

OK, I've managed to do a bit of a catch-up. I should get a chance to do something similar again towards the end of next week.

Any obvious omissions please post here (with link if possible!) and I or one of the other table mods will look at it when we get time.

Don't forget you can add your own ones to the table, they will just appear as pending until a table mod approves them.

I've done what I consider a complete catch-up now. Anything that you think I've missed, please PM me or post a link on the relevant thread. Thanks... and please remember that the FISO injury table is only for confirmed injuries. If a player is in contention for a game, he is likely to drop off the list or not be added. Only confirmed injuries/suspensions (expected to miss next EPL game) will be added.

Feature request to admin/BD: Just as we have a "Pending Queue" for new injuries that require an OK by a table moderator, can we have a "Outpatients Queue", showing injuries that have lapsed because of the date? These would require approval by a table mod before they disappear off the table.

A lot of the injury return dates have to be guessed; these can then expire without a moderator noticing, meaning an still-injured player drops off the list. An "out" queue would allow us to extend the injury date if they have not yet returned.

I have discovered that this functionality already exists. If you change the filter from "current" to "past" injuries and then sort by the Expiry column and scroll to the bottom, voila!

OK, there's no fancy mod (dis-)approval of departing injuries but the data is there for all to see.

The injury table fell into disrepair a bit while I was away on a long holiday but it should now be up to date. Any omissions or errors, please let me know by PM.

Admin and I may be looking for volunteers to help spread the load of work on this at some stage in the New Year. It may split up into two parts, actual updates of the injury table and a "injury news" watch of nominated media sources to inform those updates. Watch this space.

FYI... the FISO developers have optimised the injury table code and it now loads a lot faster.

Currently waiting on the promoted teams to be added and the relegated teams to be removed. So I'm unable to add any injuries for the new boys.
