3lb off this week, 1 stone lost. Week behind you guys so may hit my brick wall soon?
First target next week, should get it.

09/01: 17st10 (34.6)
16/01: 17st03 -7lb
23/01: 16st13 -4lb
30/01: 16st10 -3lb

Target weight for stage 1 (1 month w/c 6th Feb): 17st
Target weight for stage 2 (end of March): 16st. BMI 31.2 (weight three years ago before I stopped smoking)
Target weight for stage 3 (end of June) : 15st BMI 29.3 (would be my weight approx 10 years ago)

15st at the end of June is realistic and would be fantastic.

c.13st 12 this week, so tracking at roughly 1lb a week.

I use "c." due to highly variable scales, despite being supposedly decent electronic weightwatchers approved ones, as they are somewhat variable so I do a handful of weigh-ins and take the most common answer! I seem to be able to lose 1lb while shaving while putting 2lbs on having a gargantuan #2

For various reasons I haven't been able to get started at all on this yet, Did my first weigh-in 2 weeks ago to give a start weight of 218lbs, and another this morning to discover I've gained 4 and am now 222lbs.

Will check in here again next Monday with hopefully some more positive news.

Still haven't quite got started with this  but dutifully weighed myself this morning to find that I have managed at least not to put any more weight on, so am still 4lbs over my starting weight.
My reasons/excuses for not getting started disappear as of tomorrow, and it's the start of a new month, so should start to see some positive results as of next week's weigh-in.

Let myself down on this badly last 2 weeks, but have lost 1lb this week. total loss to date aprrox 3 lbs  which is hardly what i had planned.
Such is life , onwards and upwards, and im back in the groove, and have just seen a video of myself with grandchildren, and if that doesnt motivate myself , then i might as well just wave the white flag, and then eat it .!!!

Sorry I missed last week - haven't been too well, which might explain the fact I am now down to an even 16st.... I don't recommend the method however!

224lbs today :)

I'm still exactly the same as before, depsite having improved my diet and taken up exercise again.

Trousers feel a bit looser round the waist. Maybe I've used the wrong notch on my belt :D

You will be getting the health benefits of more exercise and better diet anyway. Don't worry too much about the weight. If you keep it up then the weight loss should follow. Fitness and good diet is more important than a few lbs anyway, as long as you're not obese.

Had a bit of a blip this week but it wasn't completely my fault, I actually got down to 163.5 lbs nine days ago and was a little bit annoyed that my weight hadn't reduced any further by last Monday's weigh in (despite me being pretty strict with myself calorie wise).

Got to Wednesday and despite me keeping my daily calorie intake relatively low my weight was still 163.5 lbs. By this point I was pretty concerned that my body had finally gone into starvation mode so decided to up my calorie intake but by the weekend still no change either way in my weight.

Weighed myself Saturday night before going to bed & the scales showed 163.5 lbs so I thought that I'd definitely see a reduction (due to dehydration etc) the following morning. But Sunday morning the scales still showed my weight as 163.5 lbs and it was at that point I realised that there might actually be a problem with the scales themselves.

Turns out that they'd 'frozen' on 163.5 lbs and by removing and then replacing the battery they started functioning again and my weight had actually jumped up to 165 lbs due to my previous (& unnecessary) attempts to increase my metabolism  ...
