Here is the 2011/12 print of the FISO Regional Leagues Yellow Pages! Again, we're lacking a proper championship of the regions, but there is no harm in crowning a champion anyway. For those who aren't aware, here's how it ended last season:

Of note this season is that Yorkshire will no longer have it's own league. Unfortunately the region struggled for numbers, and so the North will takeover that region as well.

Where I can, I've tried to find active leagues that have been restarted by the league administrator, as you can see below. Where a league hasn't been restarted yet, I'm going to give them some time to get onto FPL before requesting a new administrator, although there is nothing to stop people from applying for the job prospectively here, though obviously every effort will be made to restart an existing league as old members will be re-added automatically:

You can try, but our Government might not allow that. The best thing you can do is to start learning Welsh,to increase your chances.

Richt, in answer to your query about the South West, Meridian took over that region last season to become South Coast, so that is now your region. Besides, your accent will stick out a bit in the Valleys

Think I might have to do a bit of PMing to get the Americas and Oceania numbers up, really doesn't help when regions have to be created from new.

I have reinstated the Oceania league but would like to pass it on to someone else, as I am no longer a resident of Australia...

A lot of people seem to be having problems with the code entry on the new FPL site, it's a shocking bad in that respect.
