FISO Goals! 2010/11

Unfortunately due to DataCo's demand that we remove fixtures from the site the game is currently suspended, solutions are being sought.

Welcome to a new season of FISO's very own Premier League prediction game!

To play the game simply click on the game link in the FISO Games drop down box at the top of the page, or click HERE

You will find details of how to play in the FAQ section, but if there are any questions not answered please post on this thread or send me a PM if preferred.

The game is open to all FISO members.

The first three fixture sets of the new season have been entered and are available to predict.
Please let me know if you spot any mistakes, in these or any game weeks during the season.

There should be a prize on offer to the winner from a sponsor as usual, but details of this have yet to be confirmed.

Last minute reminder!

Predictions have to be made at least an hour before each game kicks off.

You therefore have less than ten minutes to predict the first game of the season and avoid playing catch-up!!

tHE CURRENT LEADER BOARD IS USELESS. iT USED TO BE SIMPLE, YOU COULD FIND OUT WHERE YOUR TEAM WAS AND YOU COULD SEE ALL THE TEAMS IN THE COMPETITION.

Please be patient.

You can see on the 'glitch' thread in this forum that is one of the things still to be resolved.
We are getting there and hopefully soon everything will be as it was last season.

You must remember that the software that runs the game is being managed by a different group of people this year. They weren't involved it writing it, but are now having to try to find bugs in it - not an easy task I imagine?

Anyway, it should be back to normal soon.
Oh, and there is no need to shout (caps lock)! :wink:

I haven't done much other than moan at Admin, who inturn moans at the developers....

and at a time when just about everyone is still playing too. Considerably less prestige when winning in April when only 40 or so are still playing :wink:

Leaderboards and minileagues appear to be working correctly!

Just waiting for scores under usernames to be sorted out and I think we'll be there at last!

Please let me know asap if you spot anything not working as it should be?

We think everything is up and running properly now, but once again, please let me know if something isn't quite right still. The new developers should have a pretty good idea how the game works now, so any fixes might get done fairly quickly!

The predictions that were PM'd to me in the first three weeks have also been added to the database.
