Well played the Stokies the Zombies took a mauling this week - with 2 players named and shamed.

Our bouncebackability has always been our strong point - so GW3 here we come (well played again Dr B).

Ps, I hope your buddy wasn't one of those docs who was told they'd passed their final exams only to be told they hadn't (AFTER they'd started practising!). It's not like he needs any more distractions from his team

After finally establishing our feet in the 'top' league, we have established the basis of a strong squad and will be pushing for the championship, we knew that entering the big time with a 'smaller' club it would take time to gel as an outfit, but stabilty and an unothordox way of playing we plan to get stronger as the season goes on....

We were too dependent on Man U players, and they let us down miserably!!

well,the newly promoted upstarts, The Missing Links, got a taste of life in the big time, but put up a brave resistance, before succumbing to the greater experience of the Red Arrows.

However,The Missing Links have some promising youngsters,and when they mature, in 2 or 3 years time, will surprise a few people.

It doesn't get any easier for the Zombies either,who face a long journey to the airbase in GW3,where the Red Arrows are revving up their engines in preparation :wink:

We Missing Links are still finding our feet at this level, and despite two defeats, we certainly haven't been over-awed, losing both by only the odd goal. When we click (and it's only a matter of time), we'll steadily climb the table :wink:

Oh dear........i think we should scratch this gameweek from the history books, or myself and my fellow shamed team mate should just carry on drinking to erase it from our minds.....

The 2 of us are back (well i am anyway, hopefully St Domingo remembered to sort out his team before he crashed into bed) so unfortunately for The Arrows they've got a full strength Zombie invasion to deal with!

It's funny that you draw this comparison as we're very similar. Yes, we both lost last week but everyone knows that was just a brief stutter. What sort of hopes do you expect Man U have? Do you reckon they're worried? I think not. I would council you not to be so confident; as it happens I am planning an off week but I fully expect my team-mates to fill the void.
