Help please!

I did something to me spreadsheet last night (modern version of excel) and it is still showing today (old version of excel). Don't think it is doing any harm, just annoying.

See piccy below - I am referring to the weird bar across the top with the 1 and 2 boxed on the left and the line over columns BJ to BL. I've no idea what I clicked, what it does or how to lose it. Also had a column one down the left but that disappeared at one stage. If I click the - sign the line and dots beside it disappear and it becomes a box with + in it.

Select annoying columns - Click Data > Group and OUtline > UnGroup.

Annoying groupiig thing will dissapear.
