If I win anything over £1m I'll give it all away to good causes. One million would do me nicely at my age :D

2 cheques to bank (cheques arrived) & then all payments are in. It looks like we might start early with Tuesday's draw - will confirm tomorrow.

Not usually, Tuesday draws are approx. 9pm with Friday draws approx. 11.20pm

Bizarre that they are not shown live in the UK though it is shown live in Europe

You've put your neck in a noose there Adrian - we all know the numbers - imagine what will happen if we don't now start on Tuesday for some reason - like you getting snowbound or something like that, and our numbers come up ! :D

Is this the one that we are going for Adrian ?

The Millionaire Raffle game guarantees that one EuroMillions player in the UK will win £1,000,000 in every draw. If you win the Millionaire Raffle then your regular EuroMillions entry will continue to be valid as normal. This makes it possible to win the Millionaire Raffle and to also win a EuroMillions prize on the same day!

The odds of winning the raffle in a Tuesday Euromillions draw are approximately 1 in 3,500,000. Since the odds are dependent on the number of tickets sold and not an exact drawing of numbers or letters, this is an estimate only based on the expected number of ticket sales. The odds of winning the raffle on in a Friday Euromillions are approximately 1 in 9,200,000.

If you have won any Millionaire Raffle game then you will need to claim your prize within 180 days of the draw date and per the Euromillions rules. Failure to do this will result in your prize being rendered void and your prize being allocated to the UK fund for Good Causes. Fortunately, if you play online then you will receive an email automatically if you win, enabling you to go through the claims process without delay.

That's just the raffle Pa; on Friday, there will exceptionally be 25 x £1m raffle prizes to be won by UK entrants, in addition to the main draw.

I'm not sure if Scottish citizens are eligible for these raffle prizes though - hasn't Scotland declared independence ?

If any syndicate member is found to be ineligible to win any prize,I believe that member's share goes into the syndicate pot.

Pa - a ticket costs £2, split between the Euro millions draw and the UK Millionaire raffle, so effectively 2 chances to win per ticket.

Lots of Greeks apparently playing Euromillions ahead of the drachma reintroduction.

That is the loosest use of the word "Close" that I have ever seen

We had better win on Friday or my family are not getting any presents this year.
