For those of you not following the threads;

It seems Johnboy has had some of his teams disqualified (presumably for breaching the 1 free team per manager rule).
Perhaps John can clear this up for us?

Consequently - how do we view this? Does he deserve to stay in our comps or not?
Bearing in mind, that (presumably) he wont be able to make transfers at the next window.

So three options:
a) we keep taking his scores for as long as they are available and he stays in our comp (what happens if he disappears further down the line)?
b) all the games involving him thus far are null and void (and he's evicted)
c) all the results stand, but he is evicted.

Any one else got an alternative suggestion?

NOTE: he's also 21st in the overall Elite League (if this has any bearing on your thoughts).

NOTE2:

Johnboy 18 +80
Nedved 6 +44
Gouvin 6 -15
Superior 6 -17
Ashers 6 -92
---------------
Nedved 6 +49
Superior 6 +7
Gouvin 6 +6
Ashers 6 -62

PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS, AND DO IT VIA PM IF YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE PUBLICLY AIRING YOUR OPINION (ONE WAY OR THE OTHER).

Cheers

Yeah half 11 is fine with me - that'll sort out the Hart/Given problem no-one should get an advantage - take the shot at 1130 and then again at 1230

I'll have to omit johnboy72 and mullet boy still no payment and I'm now about to set off

I think it would be harsh to kick him out.

He hasnt broken any of the Elite League rules has he?

I dont mind keeping him in as long as we can reasonably track his scores still?

throw him out and ban him for life, hes well dodgy, name and shame him haha. hes a mate of mine, he knows hes been caught out but is hoping to get his teams back. the team in the elite league is actually his propper free team. its the first time hes done elite league so i dont know how he was late paying last season.

Keep him in!

He is very funny, one of life's natural (unintentional) comedians.

I don't know him personally like Ken but from what I have read on these forums I am fairly sure he is not dodgy, just daft.

If it's a multi-free entrant then one possibility is for johnboy to resign from the minileague (with a £10 refund). I don't think we can expel anyone unless of course it's covered in MadDog's T&Cs.

Whilst his team is producing a score then fair enough to leave him in as he has paid his entry. There may be an issue if the team is completely removed from the game further down the line though. As this eventuality hasn't been considered I'd say that should his team be deleted then it simply scores zero from that point gaining his opponent(s) walk overs.

I would suggest he replaces this team with the team the Sun allowed him to keep.

Agreed, and if he can't do transfers then he shouldn't have cheated in the first place so leave him in and let him suffer.

As long as his team can be tracked for pts I don't see why he should be evicted. While I don't condone his entering multiple free teams, this has nothing to do with the elite league. He paid his £10 and entered one team the same as everybody else and hasn't broken any elite league rules. I think it would be unsporting of us to kick him under these circumstances. His beef is with the Sun, not us. If he does get kicked then I thinks it's fair he gets his £10 returned.

I'd say let him stay in, regardless of the sun this is a fiso competition, he's entered his team and paid his money, I'd say let him carry on someone can manually add his points up -( not me ) and he'll have to declare his transfers on here before each cut off point.

maybe as punishment he'll have to adopt a norwich city avatar - that'll teach him

Any more thoughts/comments?

Thinking at the moment is he stays. If you object, SPEAK UP NOW.

Johnboy, send me your team by PM as we may need to manually track it.
