I have had PMs from people notifying me that teams have not been kept up to date by certain individuals and I felt I needed to do something as it is very irritating for those that do post their transfers on a timely basis to see others getting away with doing nothing.

I am giving everyone a chance to put this right between now and the end of the season when this will be reviewed again. Those that continue to breach the only rule of this competition which is to post your transfers on the relevant thread in a timely manner will be able to continue (should they wish to do so) in a newly created Offenders League next year where the intention is they can either do what they want in that league or learn the correct way of playing the competition and re enter the leagues proper the following year.

If it is not possible to follow this simple rule (work and family commitments, lack of pc access etc etc) then please ask yourself if this is the competition for you, there are plenty of closed league competitions that you can enter which do not have this rule.

This is a list that has been provided to me by a nominee from each league. These individuals (as well as any others that transgress from now on) are on a final warning unless otherwise stated below.

In my defence I have been posting a weekly update of all teams, transfers made, transfers remaining for each team, league position tracker etc.

Will get my act together for future transfers & will try to backdate my list with reasons.

I made the transfer on my iPhone during the Xmas period and totally forgot to come back for the write up with all the things going off, now updated!

Since someone has objected to my late posting in my league then I think the only thing I can do is withdraw from the competition as my access is just how it is for now.

Unless I get howls to the contrary I'll consider myself out of the game.

Well I've posted in thread before and acknowledged my lateness and said I'd take the consequences. Someone must have said something per UHH's opening post. Just a shame they felt it better to complain rather than just mention it to me.

I'm open to having my mind changed if the competition is happy with things how they are. I'm doing my best and it's either good enough or it isn't.

I posted this on the Championship thread Mystery.

The main issue in this league is Totempaul who is Chairman, in order not to show any favouritism to anyone I asked a nominated person just to let me know who was not posting their transfers in addition to Totempaul. Nobody complained about Mystery but it was pointed out that he is often late due to access problems, as long as everyone is happy that he will be late then I see no reason for him to withdraw.

As I said you are a valued member of this competition and I for one certainly don't want you to withdraw, I just had to be fair to everyone otherwise I would have been accused of favouritism.

Cool. I have no complaints at the post. Just want to be sure all of us are happy little eggs with the situ.
