Hi

This only amounts to £20 but it's the principal that counts.

Bought on 15/11 a carry case for a Leapfrog Leappad. Seller had 100% feedback from over 100 items at the time pf purchase over a six month priod. Seller marked item as dispatched on 23/11.

I Went on E Bay last night to see over 90 negative feedbacks to the seller out of abut 100 left over the last week. No one seems to be receiving any items from the seller.

Have E mailed E Bay and they advise they will not open a case on the item until 3/12 as the item will probably turn up. (Their exact words) Also that I should contact the seller.

What conerns me is that if 90% of the feedback the guy receives is negative over the last week for Non received items, what makes E Bay think my item will turn up and secondly how can they continue to allow the seller to trade and Rip off more people.

Anyone else have experience of getting their money back off E Bay/ Paypal (Item was paid via Paypal)

if it was paypal then you should be protected......

from what your saying it looks like a case of getting a 100% positive feedback and then doing a bunk when the orders are piling in...thieving bustards

hope you get your cash back

THink you have to lodge a complaint with Paypal i a certain period. Probably worth checking, as not sure what that time period is

Do as they say. Message the seller through ebay so it is all trackable
He will not respond
Wait the minimum amount of time allowed then open an item not recieved case with paypal
paypal will um and ah for a week or so, then give you your money back

Thanks for all the replys.

The Seller has now had 119 Negative feedbacks in the last 3 days.

I have phoned E bay and have been advised they are aware of this seller. Apparently the number of negative feedbacks triggered some warning system.

E Bay have said to me that once I file a case to them on 3/12 (The standard 10 day period from the alleged dispatch date) they will refund my monies within 7 days.

I have also E mailed the seller just to comply with E Bay policy.
