It's understandable in the 'top' divisions where there's only a spattering of FISOers (although I have got some newbies to dip their feet), but I would have hoped for a bit more banter in the 'lower' leagues. We need to develop a philosophy of banter within the DLA and by doing so we may interest some new faces

Banter is generally better in 'open' leagues especially the Eggcup where we announce transfers.
