Did I make it into the conference?

At the very least the teams in 1st, 5th, 6th and 8th wont count, the managers already having 2 teams in the main league so if you're in the top 9 you're in. At that's before any drop outs. I'd expect top 15 should be ok if not more.

Itchy - I'd fully expect you to have two teams in the Conference next season, but we won't know for sure until the end of July. No-one is relegated from the main leagues and new entrants will only take the place of teams resigning. At a complete guess I would think that there would definitely be more than 10 resignations.

Then again, if no-one resigns I apologise

Oh ok - in that case can I show my ignorance with a question - what is the purpose of the dotted line under 5th place in the league table?

The dotted line is purely to indicate the five teams that count towards the superleague average. As there is no official promotion/relegation in this league there was no other reason to put in a dotted line. Every league needs a dotted line come the end of the season
