Out In
Schwarzer Krul
Collocini Caulker
Suarez Van Persie

Logic being am up there in 43rd and this window is not about taking too many risks.
Suarez had to go with the ban and to fund Van Persie ive got 2 cheaper players in back 4
But Krul will prob just about get as many points as Collocini

Plus Schwarzer is injured and now Fulham are out of Europe if one of the young keepers does ok will the rush Schwarzer back.
Also going this route allows my 3 new transfers to blend in with the other 8 that are..

Enrique, Walker K, Jones P
Bale, Silva and Lampard
Rooney and Aguero

Good luck me :)

FS Record: Just starting out...
Very brave keeping Lampard. Id have kept Collocini, chopped Lampard and brought in a decent mid and gk.

Brave, but "could" prove to be a master stroke as not many in the top 100 will have him (or keep him).

FS Record: Dreamteam Mini Leagues also ran :(
Schwarzer, Lampard, Suarez to Hart, Mata, RVP would have been the low risk option, surely?

In 43rd like you identified don't have to take any risks or worry about having similar plays etc. to those above. Just go with the percentages and hope that come Tw4 you have nudged up to top 20, top 10?

Not many will have Coloccini up there after this window, so he is plenty enough of a differentiator / enabler, without reverting to Krul and Caulker just to retain Lamps.

I guess it comes down to opinions on Fat Frank, I personally am not convinced by someone so desperate that they go against manager instructions to smash a penalty right down the middle and get away with it. He might still tick over to Tw4 but for 7.5m that isn't good enough. He might also remain a bit part player :?

I did think about it
but Krul and Lampard so far have scored 145 pts compared to
Hart and Matas 133

Also you have the potential points aspect. Hart out of CL , will they play him in Europa league plus a tough FA Cup against Man Utd and the obvious lack of star men award and clean sheets. Lampard on the other side as much as he has supposedly struggled is still up there and if AVB got sacked or Mata didnt fancy it in the winter or the formation was changed due to losing players to African Nations.

Have had Lampard most seasons and he does what he says on the tin.
Would rather keep faith and dip out than bin him and live to regret it.

Still another transfer window to come so its not for life.

Collocini was patched up and put on the pitch but for our injury crisis at Newcastle he would be rested for a few games. Long way to go and anything can happen but fingers crossed

There's gambling and there's gambling. Unfortunately, you didn't need to make those transfers yet and now already it has cost you.
I liked your courage with those changes, but why didn't you wait till at least Thursday?

I think mask wearing depends on type of injury, if its a full on depressed cheekbone fracture he wont be playing for a few weeks. Its too serious an injury and too near the eye socket to risk with a mask.

well with ashley young being ruled out for 2-3 weeks and Schwarzer injured and Suarez banned I'm gonna take a chance and keep jones I think (obviously I'll wait til Thursday night/Friday morning for full details) as i need to get the other 3 out I think! Who would be a dream team manager? Was so much easier with 3 windows!!!!

I think the potential injury to Jones makes Smalling a more attractive transfer for those looking at UTD defenders. I know he is slightly more expensive but he may rack up a few points during this window. I guess the scan/x ray for Jones tomorrow is crucial and we all await the results.
