Congrats Nigel, almost a clean sweep on the side games....

And more congrats to my fellow 5AS'ers RTT and dazbowski for making it 3 Master Racists (?) in the premiership.

And thanks to reds for a really enjoyable and well run sidegame, tis a pleasure to be in.

Congratulations to Nigel1305, who swept all his opposition away with a second straight century - a stunning performance in this competition as he fought past a total of nine opponents in five weeks, having begun the CL with just a single ticket. Well done Nigel, and commiserations to Malefice, Lucanjerry and Hammered.
That's a great result Nigel. Winning with a single ticket is quite something.

Thanks for running this game Reds (and for sort of confirming that it'll be here next season :)).

Great game Reds - enjoyed immensely - thank's for putting in the draft -'tis appreciated!

So started and finished in league 1 albeit via a trip down and back up.

Well played Nigel quite a cup feat! Well done Kripsy on "owning" the premier division.

That is some performance, Nigel. Well done. :D

I thought I had done enough to have a snuck a season long stay in Division 1, although strictly speaking I have still achieved that, it is a shame to have ended a reasonably solid season with relegation.

Top, top notch running of a great side game, reds. I know how much hard work goes into these games, so hats off, matey!

Enjoy your summer of rest!

I love this competition. It was brilliant and personally I made such progress that checking out the results every GW was one of the most exciting things. From the 18th spot of the 4th division to the 7th spot of the Premier, this was a fantastic ride. Thanks reds363 for organising it and running it so smoothly. :D

Started the season in Div four, missed out on promotion a couple of times to Div 1 but finally made it at the third attempt. Looking forward to next season and trying to get into the Premiership. Thanks for organising this great looking sidecomp.

AHHHHHHH, 10 points, and I would have been champion! As in, in the semi, Nigel1305 beat me by 9, and I had scored higher than all the finalists in the last GW :D :D :D

Great performance, Nigel1305. Congrats!

And cheers to reds, awesome awesome game. thoroughly enjoyed.

Thanks reds363 for all your efforts, it's a great side game and I'm only sorry that I didn't discover it until half way through the season (ta Grob). I do hope you'll be able to run it again next year.

Congratulations and/or commiserations to all the players as appropriate.

Cheers

Of course. And well done and kudos to the other finalists as well, and all that....

However, you wouldn't grudge me my little what-if, would you? It's just for a laugh anyway....

I'd like to add my thanks to reds363 for running this fantastic competition, which brings so much pleasure to so many.

It's good to see so many participants taking the time to express their appreciation on this thread,so reds363 can be in no doubt how much enjoyment this side game produces, and encourage him to continue producing it in 2010/11 .

n.b. It's also good to see that 2 of the 4 Red Arrows competing in this finished in the top 6 places, despite our top gun surprisingly slipping into the first division :D

So I started in the Premier Division and just about finished there. I'll take it! Very well run again Reds. Looking forward to making a bit more of a challenge towards the top of Prem next season.

Ooops missed the final update Reds... Thanks for running this so well yet again. The best FPL sidegame imho.

I think I've finished one division higher than I started so at least I can take that as progress.

Cheers mate and see you next season.

:( I got all excited when I saw this post, thinking I must have missed reds363 's announcement elsewhere that his multitude of fans have been patiently awaiting for the past few weeks, i.e. that "the 2010-11 DIVISIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS is NOW OPEN FOR BUSINESS, and will kick off from the start of the season on AUGUST 14TH", making it's fans deliriously happy.. Alas,it was just a bad dream

However fans throughout the world of this much loved sidegame, the favourite of so many, are eternal optimists, and will continue to pray that a positive announcement will soon be forthcoming from the game management !

edit: and indeed, our prayers have been answered ! :D Joyous news has now appeared here :

divisional-championships-2010-11-open-for-business-sign-up-t76046.html

So,in addition to all his other previously known talents,we now know that reds363 is also telepathic.(or a Buddist priest ? )
