The plot line says he comes out of retirement (is George Foreman going to play an ageing Clubber Lang)?

Surely this cannot be anything other than an absolute failure.

Then I saw this - Rambo IV.

Plotline:-

"Vietnam vet John Rambo is forced to emerge from his reclusive lifestyle and take justice into his own hands after his daughter gets kidnapped".

I thought this sounded familiar, so I checked out the Commando plot line:
A retired elite commando has only a few hours to find and rescue his daughter from an exiled dictator.

Difference being, you could get away with such a plot in 1985. Surely we wont buy in to it now will we? UNLESS, they replace the nasty dictator with the big bad Al Qaeda perhaps?! Box office gold gauranteed.

Could be worse. They could do a set of prequels to the classic Star Wars trilogy and turn them into kids' films.

How about Fakes on a Plane?
You find yourself surrounded by Portugese pretty boys, primping their hair, bumping into the other passengers and throwing themselves down, refusing to pass the dinner or inflight magazines. Begging the flight attendants to book you on another flight or send you off the plane.
