Bit cold to be visiting open air coffeeshops isn't it?

Anys didn't Newcastle have a match cancelled last winter, more to do with the dangerous conditions outside the ground though?

Away game at Birmingham portponed last year, but I can't remember a televised home game being cancelled since the Sky era began.

I keep thinking the Man City game must be under threat.

Does anyone know how heavy the snow is?

They seem to call games off for a snoke flake these days... bring on the orange ball that feels as heavy as a brick

If you remember last year Chelsea Man U was called off on Sat at 12

The surrounding area was fine by 4pm the next day

They couldn't do the same 2 years in a row !!!

What are conditions like in Liverpool?

They cancelled a game last year because of conditions in the area last year (lots of roads on slopes) when it didn't seem all that bad weather-wise.

Sounds like the soft westeners got off lightly anyway with most snow catching the east of the country.

Thursday 9th February

YELLOW WARNING of SNOW

Snow is expected to develop over east and northeast England later today, extending steadily southwest on Friday into central and southwestern parts of England and as well as eastern Wales.

Whilst there is uncertainty regarding where the heaviest and most persistent snow will fall, accumulations of up to about 10cm are possible in the worst affected regions.

The public should be aware that, as a result, there could be some disruption to travel.

Valid from 1600 Thursday until 2359 Friday.

it's been said many times before, never eat yellow snow :)

There was plenty around last night (about an inch where I was and we were only supposed to only be on the edge of where it was going to be landing - mostly around midlands).

Southend were calling for volunteers to clear their pitch for tonight (if you are playing Fantasy Lower Leagues)and that was from last saturday's snow.
