I've been searching in vain for the e-mail address of the CEO for Bench.co.uk.

Best site I've found is this one http://www.ceoemail.com/ but alas it does not have Bench listed there. Does anyone have an alternative source or any ideas how I can get hold of it please?

Have you tried calling the company and speaking to his PA? PA's are a font of all knowledge etc.

(if not, I will happily cold call them for you)

The phoned for said CEO's PA as from experience they are usually available to speak to. But the best I could do was get someone in customer services email addy

They will answer the phone as Americano, but it is Bench.

Bit harsh to complain to the chief of Bench abvout all the chavs hanging around your local street corner just because they all wear his clothing....

If you know his name and you know the email extension then you have his email address.

I would try accounts@bench.........

Apparently top tip for complaining, as the CEO will always listen to the Accountant, and no-one else ever wants to talk to accountants, so they are more likely to report it etc.....

don't know e-mails, but the key guys are I think Peter McGuigan and Alan Horridge.

Isn't the very top guy called Ben Chan?

p.mcguigan@bench.co.uk passes a SMTP check but horridge and chan do not.
That indicates it is a vaild address.

Thanks for all the help gents. Complaints manager replied next day UK Managing Director emailed yesterday.

Blah - bog standard faulty goods/bad CS complaint really but points of principle and shocking service/quality of mechandise made me want to let the powers that be know.
