Nowadays I almost exclusively use FISO on my smart phone, and I am sure I am not the only one. Now when I go to a thread and zoom in to read posts, the phone will resize the page so that it is big enough you can read the post, but the format of the forum is that I can read the post and see what the thread subject is, but I can't see who posted it as the name is over on the left, and I can't see the date or time of post as that is over on the right. This means that rather than just scrolling down to read the posts on each thread in order, I am always having to scroll to the left and occasionally to the right to find out who posted and when, and then back to middle to read the post, which is actually quite annoying.

Can I suggest that where the post subject is written on each post that the poster's name and time and date are also included so that those of us on phones have a more pleasant experience?

You must be in marketing (or some similarly bullsh*t based profession) if you expect us to have an "experience" every time that we visit fiso.

The time and date IS directly over the post (providing you write long enough paras...)

murf,

Do you not think we are a tad old for this discussion?

George Burley was a better RB than Phil Neale, and Gates was better than Keegan

Flash, I love you, but we only have 14 hours to save our FISO posting experience!

Works fine on my phone, so get yourself a browser or phone that works properly.

Not a phone or browser issue, same with both my old Samsung, new HTC, Woolstess' ipod touch, and using different browsers.

If the phone is held in a landscape position then I am able to see who posted it, when it was posted, and the post itself, but the text is very very small. No chance of seeing all 3 and being able to read the post when using in vertically, which is needed when standing on a train.

I tried that approach with Mr TFF and his new TFF 'app'. Didn't work then either. Like me and blahblah they are too old to fall for that. Need someone born yesterday.

PS Neal and Keegan by a street.

You mean like this?

edit: the length of the subject box is actually longer than the number of characters displayed.

8-)

Basically yes, and I know you can have it formatted so that each would be on a different line or with key text bolded or a different size so it looks a bit neater, as I have seen it on other forums
