Evening all.

I used to go to the gym quite a bit, but have had to cut back for financial reasons.

next door neighbour has a load of free weights, benches, swiss ball and preacher thing (for biceps etc) and he is letting me use it when ever I want. I have only ever used resistance machines at the gym, not free weights. Can anyone recommend anywhere for me to get suggestsion / help on the best ways to use the bench and weights? So that I can guarantee that my "form" is as it should be?

I am sure I could google and find something, but wondering if anyone had any preferred places / suggestions?
