It was possible to score 25 in the Masters with the following rule applying.

In the event of players tying for a position on a leaderboard, points will be totaled and split evenly between each player. For example, if three players tie for second, the second, third and fourth-place points available will be added together and split three ways; if two players tie for second, the points for second and third-place will be added and split two ways.

YE Yang scored 25 points as he finished joint 8th. The points for 8th and 9th were 13 and 12, the average doubled is 25.
